The YMCA of Riverside City & County has served generations since 1884; over 122 years of character development programs designed to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities. During the past year our programs serving youth have continued to grow tremendously. |

Our programs are offered in Riverside, Jurupa, Moreno Valley, Temecula-Murrieta, and take place at twenty-five locations in those communities! Over the past two years we have started after school programs at eight middle schools in Riverside, Jurupa and Moreno Valley. |

We currently serve over 600 children per year in licensed childcare programs, 1200 children in youth sports programs, 500 children in aquatics and over 1500 children in a variety of youth development programs (bitty sports, basketball, flag football, martial arts, dance, Adventure Guides, camping...) All totaled the YMCA of Riverside City & County provides $800,000 annually to help underwrite the cost of participation in YMCA programs. These dollars help subsidize one third of our participants and one third of our annual budget of $6,700,000. |

The subsidy dollars come from a variety of sources, President's Round Table and Team Current Support Campaigns, United Way, Government Grants, special events, endowment earnings and foundation grants. Our goal is to continue to expand our work toward our mission.
