Designed for 6 36 months:Skipper Classes - These classes are designed to teach participants ages 6 months to 5 years of age, self- confidence while developing their water skills. Our Swim Instructors encourage water safety, personal growth, stroke development, and fun. Parents must accompany their child to each swim lesson, and in certain classes parent participation is required in the pool. Some classes may be combined depending upon the registration for particular classes. Please see below for the individual Skippers classes, descriptions and fees. |

Designed for 3-5 year olds: | ||
Beginner Level 1Pike - This class is designed for those participants with very little swimming ability. Children will work toward accomplishing kicking, front and back floating, breath control, and independent swimming. Parents must accompany their child to swim lessons. |
Beginner Level 2Eels - An Eel is a participant who can swim independently with their face in the water. Children will work toward accomplishing breathing techniques, coordination of the front crawl stroke, including breathing to the side or front. Participants will work toward accomplishing complete rotary breathing, the backstroke, treading water and deep water swimming. Parents must accompany their child to swim lessons. |

Beginner Level 3Rays - The Rays are capable of swimming on their back and are able to do the front crawl stroke, including breathing to the side or front. Participants will work toward accomplishing complete rotary breathing, the backstroke, treading water and deep water swimming. Parents must accompany their child to swim lessons. |
Advanced Level StarfishStarfish- The Starfish level is designed for those participants who can swim the front and back crawl stroke across the width side of the instructional pool. Starfish will learn breaststroke, butterfly, and perfect their diving techniques. Parents must accompany their child to swim lessons. |

Progressive LessonsPolliwog - This Class is designed for those individuals with very little swimming ability. Participants will work toward accomplishing front and back floating, kicking, independent swimming, and comfort in deep water. |
Progressive LessonsGuppy - This class is designed for those participants who are learning to swim the crawl stroke with their face in the water. Individuals will work toward accomplishing rotary breathing with the front crawl, back crawl, underwater swimming and deep water confidence. |

Progressive LessonsMinnow - This class is designed for participants who can swim one length of the pool performing the front crawl stroke with rotary breathing. Participants must also have a good working knowledge of the back crawl. Children will work toward accomplishing the breaststroke, elementary backstroke, endurance and water safety skills. |
Progressive LessonsFish - This combination class is for strong swimmers only, please! Participants will work toward learning the butterfly stroke, as well as some competitive aspects of swimming. Participants will also work on endurance and basic lifesaving skills. |
